

Jordan M. Spivok
Jordan M. Spivok is the senior partner in the firm of Protas, Spivok
& Collins, LLC. He specializes in commercial and retail collections,
creditors' rights, commercial transactional work, foreclosures, bankruptcy
and business litigation. Mr. Spivok has lectured before various
groups in the District of Columbia, and State of Maryland concerning
fundamentals of civil practice and the collection and enforcement
of judgments. In the past, Mr. Spivok has chaired both the Circuit
and District Court Bench/Bar Committees in Montgomery County, as
well as serving on the Attorney Grievance Inquiry Panel and the
Judicial Selections Committee. He is a past elected member of the Executive
Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Mr. Spivok has
been practicing in Maryland and the District of Columbia, in the
state appellate courts, since 1969 and is a member of the Commercial
Law League of America.

Philip J. Collins
Philip J. Collins has been in practice since 1989 and
is a partner with the firm of Protas, Spivok & Collins, LLC. His
practice focuses primarily in the areas of creditors' rights and
collections. Mr. Collins has extensive trial experience in state
and federal courts and has handled thousands of collection cases.
He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Collins is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, Maryland State Bar Association, Inc.,
and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where he has served on
the Judicial Selections Committee, Fee Arbitration Committee and
was the chairman of the Speakers Bureau Public Division. He currently
is a featured speaker for various publishing companies in the areas of collections and Creditors' Rights and past
President of the Potomac Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, Mr. Collins was named as one of Washington DC's top lawyers by SuperLawyers.com.
