Protas, Spivok & Collins, LLC was established over seventy years ago as a creditors rights law firm. Over the years the firm's
practice has grown from handling matters including retail collections
and commercial collections to other creditors rights issues including
bankruptcy, commercial litigation, repossessions, landlord and tenant,
civil litigation, foreclosures and construction law. The lawyers in our firm have over 75 years of collection experience. Our
service area includes the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern
Virginia and we maintain associations with collection attorneys in
other geographic areas throughout the country. In addition, our firm
maintains the CLS computer collection system with Internet
capabilities. We have in the past and continue to represent a number of
banks, credit unions, healthcare practitioners, utilities, various
collection agencies and businesses with their collection matters.
